| An important aspect of this project is the historic
preservation of an excellent piece of contemporary architecture.
Discussions with the State Historic Preservation Office have been
supportive in having this building both on the State and National Historic
Register.
The building is significant in the development of the community;
it's architecture and people associated with it.
By placing this building on the National Register, it will afford
investors a 20% tax investment credit and provide savings in the level of
upgrading required meeting present building codes.
