   Mr. Hodgin has been a licensed Architect in California since 1976.  His experience in the profession encompasses a wide range of building types, including institutional planning and design.  Mr. Hodgin has extensive and excellent experience working with local governmental agencies, OSHPD, the State Fire Marshal and the Department of Health Services.
