This 13,500 sf office building is situated in the center of Monterey at Cass and El Dorado. It features underground parking and an elevator linking all levels.
Also incorporated in the structure is a MRI installation which includes all the necessary steel shielding and structural support system..
The third floor medical offices were fully developed as part of this project.
