This 12,000 sf commercial office condominium was originally developed by DHAIA. It consists of 4 commercial office condos and is located on the corner of York Road and Blue Larkspur Lane, in the Laguna Seca Office Park, Monterey.
The simple geometric design features tall windows facing north looking to the hills and oaks. The south side features a continuous balcony along the second floor and outdoor plaza on the first level that was to feature a steel sculpture.
