Laguna Seca Office Condominium 2
This 16000 sf office complex was originated by the office of Dennis Hodgin AIA with the intent to create a condominium office complex for design professionals. The firm of HGHB was brought on as one of the partners and collaborated in the design of the complex.
The building features the reuse of trusses salvaged from old Salinas Ag buildings and offsite precast concrete panels manufactured and shipped from Redding California.
The building now houses businesses related to the construction and design industry including the offices of Dennis Hodgin AIA Architects.
